Supporting our community is an important part of who we are at Blue Sands Wealth. We were proud to support The Advocates’ annual Color Our World campaign, helping raise awareness and resources for survivors of abuse and their families throughout the Wood River Valley.
EVENT RECAP
The Advocates’ 6th Annual Color Our World campaign brought the community together for a month-long celebration of generosity, hope, and support for survivors of abuse. The campaign’s signature event, the Ribbon Raise Cocktail Party, was held at the Limelight Hotel in Ketchum, where community members gathered for an evening of cocktails, appetizers, a live auction, and the organization’s annual paddle raise.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of donors and community partners, the campaign raised more than $500,000, surpassing its fundraising goal and providing critical resources to support survivors of abuse and their families throughout the Wood River Valley.
Blue Sands Wealth is especially proud to support this mission through the leadership of George Berridge, who serves on The Advocates’ Board of Directors. His involvement reflects our firm’s commitment to investing not only in the financial well-being of families but also in the strength and vitality of the communities we serve.
Following the event, the campaign continued with the ribbon installation at Memory Park, where each donation was represented by a colorful ribbon, creating a powerful display of the community’s commitment to supporting survivors and their families.
Funds raised through Color Our World directly support The Advocates’ mission of providing safety, advocacy, and healing services for individuals and families impacted by abuse. Last year alone, the organization served more than 1,300 people, including children and pets, while also supporting programs such as the THRIVE Kids Early Learning Center.
Supporting organizations like The Advocates reflects Blue Sands Wealth’s belief that strong communities are built through leadership, generosity, and meaningful service. We are honored to stand alongside those working to create hope, healing, and lasting change throughout the Wood River Valley.
